How to: Make object appear immediately after previous object.
Solution:
Select the 'Start when previous build ends' check box, in the 'Animation Settings' dialog box.
1) Select the 'View' menu and select 'Slides'.
2) Select the desired object.
3) Select the 'Tools' menu and select 'Animation Settings...' . (The Animation Settings dialog box appears.)
4) Select the 'Start when previous build ends' check box.

NOTE: If 'Don't Build' is selected from the 'Build Options' drop-down list box, all other choices appear dimmed.
5) Click 'OK'.
NOTE: If the 'Start When Previous Build Ends' check box is checked for the first build object on the slide, the object appears as soon as the slide appears.
